SWtuts is a user generated site for hosting and linking to SolidWorks presentations, tutorials, and videos.
Content that is allowed and encouraged:
- Video tutorials
- Written tutorials, either PDF, webpages, or other.
- Presentations, PowerPoint or similar with attached files.
Here is what I cannot allow in a submittal:
- SWtuts is a free service created by and designed for users. Please don’t submit tutorials or links to other tutorials that are for a paid service. A company or individual who provides a paid training course (book, online training, VAR, etc) may submit any free tutorials they may have. Pages directly on swtuts.com may not contain advertisements for paid training, nor links directly to the paid content. Pages that are linked from swtuts.com must link directly to pages that have downloadable presentations or tutorials. One link, in the “description of contributor” section of an entry is allowed to the main site if you provide a paid service. Any deviations from this rule, directly or in spirit, will result in rejection of the submittal.
This site is a free service provided and run solely by Charles Culp. As such, I reserve the right to exclude or include any information that I deem appropriate.
Comments can and will be edited or removed solely at the discression of Charles Culp. Any slanderous or offensive entries, comments, or linked information will be removed and blocked. Comments are for communicating with the original poster of the tutorial or presentation. Slanderous or offensive reviews will be removed. That specifically means any distastefull comments directed towards the person writing the presentation, not criticisms of the presentation itself. Be polite, someone spent many hours (sometimes hundreds) creating some of these presentations. Any comments discussing the pro’s or con’s of “SolidWorks on the cloud” or any other topic, will be removed. Try a general forum for such topics.
Unless otherwise noted, all presentations are copyrighted by their respective owners. Please do not reproduce their content without their permission.
