I can’t get the video portion of the guitar spline presentation to work. Audio works fine.
I am using Vista and I believe I have Silverlight updated, but it’s hard to tell if that is true (thanks Microsoft!). Or, if the video runs using flash or whatever else let me know so I can update the appropriate viewer.
Thanks
Hi Doug. Which web browser are you using? The video only works natively in the browser with Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If you have internet explorer, it requires a plug-in.
You can also just right click on it and download, and then watch it in anything that plays .mp4 video. You can get a copy of a .mp4 video codec here: http://www.divx.com/en/software/divx-plus/codec-pack . I think once you install the codec Windows Media Player will play it. If not, iTunes, Winamp, Windows Media Player Classic, Divx Player are other options that will.
I’m on firefox and it didn’t play video in the browser for me either… Just audio.
